Privacy Policy
Plant Chat™ is a research and education platform designed to help people learn about plant medicine, wellness, and The Master Regulator (Endocannabinoid System). Your privacy matters—but because this is a research-driven platform, some information is collected automatically to improve the experience for you, other users, and our manufacturing partners who help bring wellness solutions forward.
What We Collect
We collect non-identifiable data across the entire website. This may include:
- Usage patterns – what pages are visited, what topics are explored, and how people interact with Plant Chat.
- Survey responses – anonymized information shared through optional study participation.
- Technical data – device type, browser, and region (not personal location).
- No personal identifiers such as name, email, address, or contact details are attached to these records.
Why We Collect It
Plant Chat uses this information to:
- Improve user experience and educational accuracy.
- Support ongoing research into plant-based wellness and ECS balance.
- Help partners understand what patients and consumers are seeking so products can better match real needs.
Data Use and Sharing
Data is analyzed in aggregated form only. Insights may be shared with trusted research or manufacturing partners to support studies, innovation, and wellness outcomes. No single user can be identified.
Limited Privacy During Beta
Plant Chat is currently in research Beta. By using the platform, you understand that privacy is limited to who you are while we continue refining data controls. Full user-level privacy options will be introduced in the Premium Version, which allows you to:
- Toggle data sharing off
- Opt out of all survey studies
- Maintain complete privacy for a small monthly fee
Data Security
All collected data is encrypted and stored securely. We apply strict anonymization standards to prevent identification.
